Pile Lamp small

Pile is a sculptural table lamp in untreated ash designed by Matti Klenell. Pile was originally developed for the restaurant environment at the new National Museum in Stockholm and the idea for the lamp comes from Matti Klenell's first visit to the Swedese factory. He was fascinated by the production of the skilled craftsmen, with work in the borderland between craftsmanship and industrial production. The result was Pile of molded elements that were stacked and joined into sculptural grids that filter and warm the light. The lamp comes with a light gray textile cord (Length 1.8 m) and is also available in a larger version.
