Swedese goes Berlin
October 17, 2011
From 26–29 October 2011 we are exhibiting at the new, exciting Qubique Trade Show in Berlin.
Qubique's aim is to be the furniture fair for the coming generation, and to show high-quality, authentic and unique products – rather than everything that already exists.
The site for the trade fair is also unique – Tempelhof Airport, known as "the mother of all airports": the historical site which played a decisive role when the Allies flew in supplies during the Berlin blockade 1948–49. The airport was closed in 2008, but is still a symbol for the future. We are honoured to have been invited and to show furniture by Marina Bautier, Thomas Bernstrand, Michaël Bihain, Claesson Koivisto Rune, Yngve Ekström, Setsu & Shinobu Ito, Lime Studio, Katrin Olina, Roger Persson and Michael Young. History and the future – please do visit us in Monter 22, Hangar 6!
