Biography

Spectacular, modern and talked-about. Koncept is an interior design and architecture office in central Östermalm in Stockholm with very well-known clients: a fashionable brand boutique, a prize-winning gourmet restaurant, a successful investment bank, some IT-headquarters, a property owner with penthouses at superb addresses, one or two airport lounges and a couple of design hotels.

In its role as an architecture office, Koncept aims for a type of intensified creativity, in order to strengthen the message from the client to its consumers, guests or visitors. The focus is on the client's image, the company concept and the brand. For Swedese Koncept has designed the Havanna group of sofa and armchairs plus coffee table, with a modern expression and quality for a public environment.

Koncept was started in 1996 and since that time has designed mainly commercial environments both in Sweden and abroad, but also residential blocks and exteriors. In 2009 Koncept was awarded two first prizes in the European Hotel Design Awards in London and had previously also received the prize for "Best Interior" by the magazine Forum.
