Biography

Spectacular, modern and talked-about. Koncept is an architec­ture office in central Östermalm i Stock­holm with remarkably trendy clients: a fashionable brand boutique, a prize-win­ning gourmet restaurant, a successful investment bank, some IT-headquarters, a property owner with penthouses at superb addresses, one or two airportlounges and a couple of design hotels ...

In its role as an architecture office, Koncept aims to highlight and strengthen the message from the client to its consumers, guests or visitors. The focus is on the client’s image, the company concept and the brand. For Swedese, Koncept has designed the Havanna group of sofa and armchairs plus coffee table, with a modern expression and quality for a public environment.

Koncept was started in 1996 and since that time has designed mainly commercial environments both in Sweden and abroad, and also residential blocks and exteriors. The company has received the prize for “Best Interior” from the magazine Forum and in 2009 Koncept was awarded two first prizes in the European Hotel Design Awards in London.
