In the Swedese Business Idea one can read: "The furniture shall be functional, of a high material quality and standard of manufacturing". Since 1995 the company has been approved according to the ISO 9001 quality standards.
Quality policy
A Swedese product of the correct quality is one, which, after delivery to the customer, meets their needs and expectations. We obtain the correct quality by:
- Developing furniture in accordance with the Swedese Business Idea.
- Following the specifications and instructions.
- Implementing the correct procedure at the beginning of each manufacturing process.
- Prioritising preventive measures to avoid mistakes and always working for improvements.
- When an error occurs, preventing it from being repeated.
In order to maintain such quality and levels of efficiency we need well-educated, skilled employees with machinery and equipment in excellent condition. Everything in its place and a place for everything throughout the company. This policy will enable our company to compete effectively in the market place.
